Default Is there some reason "course" doesn't register in search???

Obviously I can't do a search for this topic...

First I was tryng for "titles only" in the micro forum, then whole forum and THEN I even tried "entire posts" for the whole forum and still... NOTHING!

Now google on the other hand will pull up some threads on this forum with this subject

But seriously... what gives?

Try the following (without the parentheses):

"course*"

I am really stumped. Thought maybe I wasn't spelling it right so checked google lol but there are certainly threads with that spelling in the title.

Its too vague of a question. Its probably mentioned millions of times and is not specific to certain threads. what are you trying to find out?

When I do a basic search of the Losi Micro Crawler forum using what I listed above, I get the following results:

That is reason for using advanced search where you can specify "titles only" and search in a specific sub-forum.

For example: I can do an advanced search for "rock" in titles only in all forums and get 268 results or in the micro forum and get 18 results. Surely "rock" is more vague and common than "course".

I am not trying to be difficult at all, just thought this was strange and it would be nice to find some specific threads on building courses to get some ideas. Surely it has to be some sort of error in the system wouldn't you agree?

Maybe so.

It does sound like an error. Hopefully one of the moderators will chime in and see if your account settings are correct.
