problems with posting pictures in threads.

I was able to put pictures in my threads but as of yesterday can't post pictures.Not sure who or where to post or contact.

When starting or posting a thread before i could scroll down and there was a box that said manage and you click that and then upload.The manage button is'nt there.

Under the reply box it says Additional Options on the left. On the right is a little blue button. Click that, if the options aren't showing. That do it?
