what does the referralls mean on my profile page , and how did i get them .??

How do you give someone a referral? This is new to me too.

I think it has to do with when you refer someone to the site and they sign up. Not really sure how it works.

You are right boss, I got 2 so does that mean I get that vacation that I asked you about three years ago? This tiny room is starting to wreeek EeePee went 10-200 on himself again and Harley is a know it all.

Someone was talking about the other day to me. I guess when you sign up to the site the new member signing up has a section that says "who refered you to this site?" They can answer Turtle (for instance). Piece of cake.

it's been quite a while since i signed up, but i think i remember seeing a field to type who told you about the site so they get the referral

Here are the top 10 listed in my control panel. Weird that it shows me with 9 there.
