Default where is my sale thread?

I see threads that were created after mine?

Why? Thanks.

You were bumping your ad so it's been deleted. Please review the rules.

Wrong. There was a ton of new stuff (atleast 70%) and anything that repeated had a lowered price.

Lower prices don't mean it's not bumping.

Id appreciate the opinion of someone else on the matter.

If it was that big of a problem why not just remove the couple items I was "bumping"?

I have a ton of flawless feedback here and I feel that should be worth something.

It was handled by those that handle the classifieds, not by me but I can read the moderator notes. Mods don't have time to modify and fully analyze every thread. If it was seen a bumping the decision was made, done.

Most of my feedback usually contains something along the lines of "great deal" so I'm not the only one losing out here.

Shame.

You're right, we should really take every thread case by case, researching each sellers feedback and seeing how good of a deal it is.

Rules man, they exist for everyone (except mods).

So you want the mods working the for sale forum to manually go through your threads and remove any of the bumped items? They have enough work to do without having to be your personal for sale bitches.

Feedback has nothing to do with you not following the rules. Next time you create more work for my mods by bumping your threads you will be removed from the classifieds.

If 70% of the stuff was new you should have just created a new post for it.

Anytime you relist any item in less than the allotted time no matter how much new stuff is added it is considered bumping.

Because your bumped post today is violation of forum rules

So you knowingly admit that 30% of your listed items were bumped too soon then?

No problem... How about the opinion of the person who actually deleted your thread?

Pick Me!.... I am the Mod that deleted your for sale thread in violation of forum rules.

If it was that big of a problem why not delete the issue for you, you say?
Why?... Because the rules clearly state that you do NOT bump things. The rules don't state that you post what you want and a Mod will clean things up for you. Believe it or not... We stay busy enough and do not have time to edit your threads to meet the rules you agreed to when you registered and became a member.

Flawless feedback does not allow member's to break whichever forum rules they pick whenever they feel like it.

I have a perfect driving record.... Can I go 130 mph on that sweet long straight away on the way home tonight?

Possibly, possibly not... The best way to know for sure is a thread that meets the forum guidelines.

Sorry if I seem like I am venting, but I just do not understand when people do this.
A member breaks a rule or rules and then complain they either got caught, they deserve special treatment or the rule is "stupid" (polite version from what I usually get).

Somewhere through time several people sat down and hashed out the details and rules for the forum. People.... Please don't think the rules here on RCC are just random things someone made up for fun pulling stuff from a hat or throwing darts at a wall. Many hours and much consideration were given to arrive at what we have in place today.

I may also add that as much as people might complain.... We here at RCC are not the #1. rated RC forum on the entire Internet for no reason! Our rules and dedicated staff that volunteer endless hours to keep things flowing smoothly are to credit. The fights and arguments are minimal to none, the bad deals and scammers are near non existent, our community is tight and helpful. None of these things are accidental... We are the best because of some well thought out sensible rules and a hard working dedicated staff

Off my soapbox

Was wondering why my for sale post never went up. Searched and found this. Now I know. Didn't realize that one of the items in my thread had been relisted too soon. Wasn't intensional. I'll repost the other items separately. Thx for the info.
