finding a member by name........

how can i find a member by screen name and not click page after page number under there name by there first letter....with there second letter being an O that is a lot of pages to shuffle through....can there be a search bar/window added to the members list to type in the name and presto ya get there name ....i see it on other forums and it works great ........bob

the advanced search has a "find by member".
If you type slowly, it'll narrow down the member list with each new letter... but you have to know the exact spelling.

There is on the right top there is a search box just type in the name and hit search.

in the forum toolbar Click on "Community"
In that drop down window that appears choose "Member's List"





In the next screen at the top and to the far right Click on "Search Members"
In the search block that then opens enter the member's name





In the next screen should be the member's name you are looking for with the ability to click on the name and be taken directly to their profile






If you partially type in what you are looking for, such as just bob, instead of bob1961, it will bring you multiple user names with "bob" in them... Unfortunately not necessarily all starting with bob.
