New account help!!
 

Hi. I am writing this through my son's account here, because I can't seem to make mine work.

I recently registered for my own account, but I never got the email with the link to activate the account. After a couple days I tried to log in with the username and password I had set up, and it recognized me and logged me in, but told me that I am in a moderated user group with no privileges. I can't post or do anything, which is why I am here under my son's account.

I have tried to contact admin regarding this through both the support email listed in the notice telling me I'm in a moderated group, and also through the "contact us" link at the bottom of all the pages. It has been almost a week now and I have gotten zero response either way. Is there anyone here who can help?

My son and I both use the same computer, if that makes any difference at all.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

That is the issue right there! The system blocks multiple accounts from the same IP address. The way around it is to email an administrator (or get their attention in this thread), such as Jason, Badger or Harley. "thumbsup"

Or use your sons name and pm them they will help you out, great guys

Thanks guys. I will try PMing them through my son's account. I tried the email through his account, but I guess a PM will be a more direct route now that I know who.
