tapatalk not loading website but still getting notifications

I am getting notifications from tapatalk that I have unread subscriptions and pms but nothing will load past the tapatalk homescreen. All other websites are working through tapatalk.

is anyone else having this problem? I have not been seeing a lot of tapatalk sigs lately
