I have an avatar that is 4.9 kb and the site wont let me upload it beacuse its to big how can I make it any smaller?

Just sent it to you I think it cant be any larger than 100 by 100 or 4.9 kb I think.Thanks for your help.

It's a GIF Video file. I was thing it was a picture. Well I thought maybe I could open it up in WMM but that didn't work. Well I tried....Sorry

I have photoshop that handles gif images. I can compress it a touch more for you if you dont already have it figured out.
