Giveaway posts

Looks like the multiple giveaway posts for Christmas are counting as meaningful posts on our post counts. Was this intentional?

Since they were in the tech sections we couldn't differentiate the posts from the others. My thought is that we will likely move them to chit chat to make the things correct again.

I am going to start a sale thread. The sale will be for 10 k posts right here on RCC. A never before seen and once in a life time chance to grab a lot of whooping 10k posts. The money will be used to fund medical bills for my fingers:ror:
