unread private message notification
 

For 3 days now I have an unread pm notification and no message. My box is less than 1/2 full. I've recieved other pms and the notification count goes up and also comes back down after I open them. I went to the bottom and changed the viewing option to unread only and there's nothing there. Also removed the one person on my ignore list and still no message. I can ignore a number on the screen, but it concerns me because I'm a vendor and I'd hate to miss a message from a customer. Help!

Yup. Its the unread pm. Also I've logged out and back in trying to sneak up on it

No idea bro. How about clear em all out, except for what you need.

Maybe you got separate folders? And one of em in is there? I did the separate folders for while. Business and drunkness. That got all mixed up so I stopped doing that. :mrgreen:

I'm wondering if maybe somebody sent me something and then deleted it before I saw it. If that's the case I've got a bunch of pms to send and delete lol! But still I have to figure out how to clear it! Ocd is annoying!

Personally, and there's no customers to worry about for me, I'd wipe it all clean. I wouldn't be able to take it.

I was gonna say...anytime that I've gotten a "phantom" notification, I go back to my emails and see if anything was actually sent about it. If so, you can read the content in the email. If not, probably a bug in the system.

I noticed yesterday that alot of my PMs disappeared. Not all of them…seems like a time period purge of inbound and outbound messages?

But I don't have a fix for you either. I'll see if badger can try turning it off and back on again...

I think tapatalk is at fault...it said I had a pm which I already got last night so I went and looked no new message then went on the browser and it shows a new message but there isn't one..


Edit: checked my email and I did get a message but its not in any of my inbox folders....hmmmm
