Picture Size Rules Have Been Updated

• Read this post if you want to post pictures. Click Here
• Pics should be no more than 1200 pixels wide x 1200 pixels tall to keep upload times of the pages reasonable.
• Pictures (including avatars) should not be sexually suggestive or have any nudity.

1200x1200 pictures are now allowed everywhere.

Standard photobucket size is 1024x768.
The site's uploader should automatically resize to 1200x1200 max, but I have not tested it yet.

Cool! I'm tired of getting yelled at for pics over 800 pix. Most of us have large enough monitors these days and, hopefully, nobody is stuck on dial up. That shit is torture!

Your argument is not valid. The rule was only enforced in the FS/FT section.

If you have a problem with the larger pictures, more should have been done to enforce the previous rule.

I asked for 1024x768 pictures to be OK, Jeremy upped it to 1200x1200(what the site's uploader is set too)

The rule is was not enforced. People were posting larger pictures than allowed anyway. The rule was changed to fit with modern standards and what people were posting.

Look, when it's just me doing all the work, which is most of the time, the last thing I care about is huge pictures breaking the rule that they agreed upon to when they signed up. Eventually one gets to the point of nevermind this crap. Or I'd just start banning everyone. I don't know what else to tell you. I trashed the big pictures in your first link.

It's on the members' of this site to abide by the rule. Or report them, like a tattle tale. You can see how that goes…

Or delete them from a majority of the FS/FT posts like THX.

I didn't have an issue anywhere except the fs/ft section, where large, detailed pictures sell an item...

Pretty sure I said I have better things to do with my life, even if it's watching water boil or grass grow, something like that. Right now, listening to Undertow from Tool and responding to you. The FS section is all THX.

If you didn't have an issue elsewhere, why bring your examples up?

thanks whitrzac for making it even harder to see the pictures, smh. wow hope your proud of your self. cant see the pics on the site with mobile now. don;t use anything but mobile normally so this just make this site more useless now since cant see pics like on other sites. smh dumb ass

The only place that was effected was the FS/FT section. Nobody followed the rule anywhere else on the forum anyways.

Grossly oversized pictures get removed/resized still.
