Search Function Broken

Hello all, newer poster here. Just an FYI, the google custom search function is currently broken. When trying to search, I get the following error:

Unauthorized access to internal API. Please refer to https://support.google.com/customsearch/answer/4542055

Everybody knows, but nobody seems to care.

Best way to search this forum is to go to Google. Let's say you want to search for beadlocks for example. In the field on Google type beadlocks site:www.rccrawler.com

Works for me.

Top of the page where it says Search, with a drop down arrow, click on the arrow. Type in what you want to search for, click on Show Threads or Show Posts, I use Show Threads, your results may vary.

Yeah thats the only search function that works here, the Google Custom Search (below the other search) is the broken one he's referring to.

I posted this question a while back and yeah nobody seems to care, still haven't got any replies in my thread lol

Tapatalk search seems to work as well, and since it does seem most users do most of their forum-ing on mobile now, maybe it just isn't that big of a deal. Google searches do usually turn up what I'm looking for, after all.

Actually I just figured out what you meant by the seperate search function. Huh! Really looks like the custom search just needs to be removed then, very misleading
