Default AE-2 issues

I just got an AE-2 ESC off of an Axial Wraith and I’m now using it in a SCX10 II. It connects just fine and the truck runs for about 5 minutes and then the truck disconnects from the receiver and I have no input. If I turn the truck off and on again it reconnects but then if I turn it just shuts off again. Is there anyway to fix this or is the ESC just defective? I have a Tactic TTX300 radio system and I can hook it up to any other ESC and motor and it works just fine.

Sounds like you are reaching LVC. What type of battery are you running? Does it match the setting in the ESC? And are your batteries fully charged and reading maximum voltage?

Heres the manual

Make sure the ESC is set to your battery type. It does sound like a low voltage cutoff issue like Jato mentioned.
