I was going to build a TXT-1 for my next project, but I think that particular truck is so close to being a great crawler I decided I might try to build the new Kyosho electric force. Maybe a forum for others could be added for the stragglers and oddbalss

Did you buy a Twin Force? What have you done to it? Is it worth modifying? If I cant get anyware with my current project, I may buy a TF.

Hey guys I think it would be great to have an others forum. We have a guy here in the orcrc who runs a bone a$$ stock twin force and id wheels quite well for what it is. Build a four link for it and you have an extremely capable truck. Good luck with the new forum.

I bit the bullet and bought a Twin Force. I couldnt be happier Aluminum link arms custom link arm mounts on axles Lengthened d-shafts, 17 1/4" wb Savage shocks with Kyosho springs replace front one way drive cup on tranny ugly shock brackets 2 gd-600s with a 10 & 2 12 pinions Novak SS brushless 1/4 scale servo Battery mounted inside frame on custom servo/batt. mount limit straps Savage tires soon to be ditched for Narrowed Kongs on Maximizer beadlocks The gear reduction is set rite for Kongs but a little to slow with Savage tires. The two GD-600s provide enough drag to keep the truck from rolling on an angle and less stress on the drivetrain. Ive wheeled it for about 20 hrs and the only carnage was slightly bent the tip of the chasis when it rolled. It wouldnt of happened if I put the chasis brace in. Shock popped off, due to not running a body. The steering rod ends snap onto balls. It popped off a couple times but replaced it with Traxxis rod ends. Solved the problem. Havent figured out the torque steer but its not that bad. I mounted the shocks almost vertical. With the brushless and the 1/4 servo my run times are at least 20 to 30 mins. I would suggest getting one. I did alot of mods and it took a long time. To me its worth it. I think FullmodTXT and Kona Joe would agree as well. Theyve seen it crawl. Stand bye for vids! Im all for a Twin Force Forum
