Default A Forum For Goliath

First I would like to appologize to the admins of this server for posting a Goliath thread in the general diss. forum. I should have posted in here, but am a noob to this posting. SORRY. Second I would like to correct myself, By saying that I would like to see a pti Goliath FORUM; not a thread. I believe that it is time to give this capable litte crawler its own Forum. Half of the custom mods. people do is thru comunication. Jason OR Badger If you decide to put a GOLIATH FORUM, They will come and mods will flourish. Remeber YOU GUYS ARE IT!!!! FOR MOST PEOPLE CRAWLING!!! Regardless if you got a TLT,CLOD,BENDER,BRUISER,GOLIATH,STICK....were all doing the same "SPORT" Thanks Raped_Ape P.S. LETS SEE HOW MANY VOTES THIS POST GENERATES! VOTE VOTE VOTE!!!

seems like a good idea. it can only help the site. makes things easier to find, and it would draw more people that use the PTI line of products. more people mean more money for the site and the vendors.

I have been trying to get a forum for a long time, it would be a good place for PTI to look for suggestions for improvements(yes PTI looks at RCC). If Nylits and WK get one its only fair that PTI does! Equal rights for all crawler kind! (lol)

I wouldn't be against adding a PTI forum.

Soon we will need an Axial Scorpion forum as well.

Perhaps a 2.2 forum w/ the different manufactures having their own sub forum might be the way to.

I'm sure that Jason and Badger will do what they feel is needed.

I think it would also help the Goliath get a little more exposure. PTI is a super small company trying to compete with the likes of HPI and Axial. It might help them get out from under the shadow of Tamiya, HPI and now Axial...

Like Dez said, a 2.2 section with specific sub-forums is a great idea...

So why not just post everything in general then?

It would make finding information so much easier!

The PTI just never really took off, for instance like the Wheely King did, and even the Nylints. We added other forums to lessen the clutter, and make searching easier. Unfortunately, the PTI isn't as popular and those posts about them can be found fairly easily.

As always, RCC is a work in progress and there's no predicting what will happen in the future.

The problem IMHO was that they(PTI) never made a RTR of the GRC.

That'll probably happen. But I will commit suicide if Jason makes a New Bright forum.

Right now there are more PTI crawlers in my area than all others combined, but I'm sure with the axial and more WK projects coming up that will change soon.

It can't take off if people who are building them can't find help in doing mods and hop ups. I have to disagree with the quote, there are a lot more PTI's out there than you think. No one is doing anything with them because they don't know how. It just seems like you guys are trying to bury the whole PTI thing until the Axial crawler comes along; it's going to be sweet and steal a lot of thunder from the goliath. But too late- thousands of people have already bought a Goliath, like it and need a forum. Thanks

Wheely King owners and modifications took off long before a forum was created here for them. The forum was created because of the large amount of threads created about them, not the other way around.

If PTI threads (builds, mods, etc) were popping up on a daily basis, I am certain the Admins would take note and create a forum for them when needed. Before all the hype in the past week, it had been months since I had read one single thread discussing mods or hop-ups to Goliaths.

So what rob is saying is that if pti owners make enough noise, then we have a chance at getting a forum??? Please quit defending "your" crawler and understand our point...go try to find GOLIATH info in here anywhere...I could spend all day searching and find very few threads. makes me want to pull my hair out!!!! VOTE GOLIATH FORUM!!!! THE MOVMENT STARTS HERE!!!! Thanks Raped_Ape

That was one short crusade

It also might help to stick your head out of a window every now and then.
