| HELP!!!, I can't get my pictures to the correct size of 97.7kb. I can get the 800X600 size but not the mb size. I have a Sony Cybershot, 7.2 mp, DSC-W55 I'm using. Any help would be great, I just got a $20.00 membership, but if I can't load pics, I'll surly be dissapointed.:-( |

| I've run into the same problem with my 8mp camera, I have reduced smaller than 800x600 until it is 97KB or smaller. |

| I had the same problem. you have to up load your photos into a photo program that comes on most computers that has a croping feature , mine just happens to be a hp program that came on my computer called hp image zone. chimney. |
