Why do some vendors not respond to PM's

I read about these products, decide I want them, send a PM after PM to that vendor and no response. I thaught maybe they were busy or had a few to check, but were talking weeks without any response. I don't understand why advertise something so heavy and then this.

They have a life outside their buesness. The volume of PM's they recieve each day, they could have missed yours.

Or frankly if it is something hard to read or understand or just plain stupid they would just ignore it all together.

Hard to read or understand.

"I like your product, could you give a price and let me know if you have any available. Thanks"

That is pretty much the extext of my PMs. If that is to hard to read or understand someone may need some help.

There are a few vendors that don't reply typically to PM. If they have a website try and shoot them an e-mail thru there "Contact Us" section. If no website, then try and post in there vendor section thread where the product is listed!

Good luck.

Thanks. I'll try to contact thru e-mails.

Plus+...

One or three Vendors, that still have stars &/or threads in the Vendor section, are no longer Vendors... ;-)

My thoughts......if you're a company and you post an email addy or enable PMs, it's simply common courtesy and good biz sense to reply to those messages. If you're not going to bother replying.....shut down that incoming access.

If it was me, I missed your PM alltogether. If it wasn't me, then I can only assume they are either too busy or they missed your PM.
