Since you aren't dealing with any real pic editing software, and assuming you are running a Windows machine, let's do a quickie resize in MS Paint (which comes standard on Windows). Where you have the pic on your machine, right click on the picture and choose "Properties." There you should see a listing called "Size." RCC allows a max size of 97.7KB (and 800x600) for a pic to be attached. Your's are obviously larger than this. Let's say your pic is 150KB. Right click on that picture, and choose "Open With" and then "Paint." A Paint window with your pic should now open. At the top of that screen, hit "Image" and then "Stretch/Skew." In the spaces under Stretch, put in 90 and 90 (or 80 80, 70 70, depending on how crazy big your pic is), then hit Okay. Then hit File and Save. Now right click on that picture, Properties, and see how many KB it is now. Repeat process until pic fits the parameters of 97KB and no bigger than 800x600. There are easier ways with better programs, but with basic Windows and basic Paint, this will work. |

You can also download an image resizer from microsoft. Here's the link, http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx Scroll down until you see image resizer on the right (5th from bottom) and download it.After that, resizing is as easy as right clicking on pic and choosing a size.Hope this makes it easier.
