If you would like to participate in the event by donating RC products, here is your opportunity. It is a great way to expose/market your company and to get some of your products into the hands of the drivers that compete.


What makes these events so great is the numerous products the vendors here at rcc so generously donate. For some of the drivers that may not take home a piece of the purse money, winning a prize donated by an rcc vendor, makes their trip and participation that much more special.


Your donation will secure your name on the event t-shirt and will also allow you to market your company banner at the event. I am sure some of the top RC magazines will be covering the event, which may give you added exposure to the masses.

To participate in the vendor donation program, please send an email to j.billig@sbcglobal.net for details. RCP Crawlers is asking for at least $300 in product/cash prizes. All company logo's and donations will need to be in at least two weeks before the event. I understand there isn't much time, but I believe most vendors have their company logo readily available to send by email. You will have a few weeks to get the product to us. If you have an issue with getting prizes/product donations to us by two weeks before the event, send me an email and we will work something out.
