| I'm There I call it "The Spot" because it's the best crawl spot in town. You know I never miss a comp. I'll show up early with courses and the comp bag. Anyone up for a GTA Saturday morning. I've had zero time to crawl and have some tire stuff to check out before the comp. See Ya, Mike |

First I'd like to say, this was by far our best comp ever !! Props to the top finishers, crawling doesn't get much better than today. Beautiful weather, "The Spot", and tons of crawlers. And how about those scores, eight places decided by time, top places in both classes !!!! I can remember when scoring a zero over all was top-o-the-heap. All of the courses were INSANE !!! The climbs and descents in Supers, especially that climb on 2 and the boulder drop on 3. The 2.2 stages were awesome. If the first stage felt easy to you, the next two changed all that. The first gate on 2 took care on quit a few drivers, the climb to the finish cleaned up the rest. And as for course 3 "fuhgedaboudit". Now for some pics of todays action... 2.2 winner James D.. Was it the Badlands or some thing else ??? Art rounds that nasty corner on stage 3. The Rat rolling it's new lid. Tony's getting close to surviving stage 2. Rick rolling into that tricky 1-2 corner on the first stage. Kevin's in the thick of said corner. I can't stop looking at that paint !!! Sebastian wheeling dad's Edge. RCC Team paint, nice work John. Rick on the way up. And how could I forget all the off camber stuff !!! Jim making it look easy. |

| Great Comp
What a great turn out for todays comp. Everyone did a good job of driving and all I can say for a few of you is WOW!! I can hardly wait for the next one. I'll post up some pics latter. One thing I'd like to get some discussion on is to start a couple of the 2.2 courses or even all three at the same time. We could divide up into three groups and get them all going at the same time. Of course we would also need judges and timekeepers for each course. Just some food for thought. With summer coming on we really need to get going earlier and get done quicker.

Mike, couldn't have said it better myself.. It was an Awesome day for crawling.. Great job on crunching all those numbers for the final tally Man, look at those scores! What happened to getting less then a 10 overall and being in the top three, not any more with this group of drivers!! Congrat James D. you earned it HA, I just realized my best course was driven in 2wd. |

Today was awesome!!! James, You kicked some SERIOUS A$$ today! I second what Mike said "This was by far the best comp ever!". All of the courses were pretty technical and super fun...and I thought I went a little overboard on course three...yeah right! I think that everyone just raised the bar! Also I would like to welcome all the new drivers and yes we are going to have to split the field. |
