Glad the date got changed. I finally ordered my DX3R and batteries. Cobalt puller should be here soon. All that is left is a charger and I finally have a 100% ready comp crawler. Who knows, I might even get to drive the damn thing before the comp. Like my Daddy said, "anything worth waiting for makes you realize you took too long to get it'!

Project "09' Money Pit" will be completed soon!!!

(I am happy at least, lol.)

Got some pics of the trophies, holy hell these things are awesome!

Normally they make these wil 3/8" acrylic, but I told them this was Colorado and we roll bigger than that here. These are made from 1"

Now the real shocker, here is something thrown in to give you an idea of their size

Damn those are nice!!!! I like how they are all cut differently. Not one looks the same. These gonna be distributed at the comp? I cannot wait for this.

What gives, no trophy for "best looking asshole who did not cough up the dough to be counted in the series?"

Those look nice!

You guys all need to give RCC Team driver MThead props on the trophies, he's the one that spent the last week making them for us!

The trophies looks absolutely sick!! Some of the nicest I've seen for any crawling event.

A big thanks to MThead for helping us out with these.

MThead, my hat is off to you. An absolutely outstanding work of art on each and every one.
Who ever wins these will have trophy's worthy of a champion and will be proud to show them to all I am sure.
Well Done!

The trophies are AWESOME, great work MT! I hope I can drive well enough to earn one of those, that would be wicked.

Looking forward to great time with all you cool cats, can't wait.

Now if I could just get done landscaping my backyard so I can work on my rig I would be happy. My friggin back is killing me, I sure could use a big fatty pain killer, but oh well.

Are the dates for the next comp still June 21 & 22? An answer with absolutely no sarcasm would be greatly appreciated, but isn't expected.

OK long at last we have pieced the details of the comp together. Sorry for the shorter than usual notice, but in looking at the calender these dates are the only days that will work in order to finish our series before nominations have to go in for nationals invites.

Since we skipped 2 events this winter due to snow we are going to make one of the events up, the other will be dropped from the schedule. All competitors running in the series will still get to drop off their lowest series score in 2.2, super, and overall.

To make up the event we will be running 2 comps back to back. One comp will be saturday June 21st, one comp will be running sunday June 22nd. We will be competing at the Buffalo Springs comp site <-click for directions.

To give people time to drive there we'll start the saturday comp at 10am, to get people home at a decent hour on sunday we'll start the sunday comp at 8am. This is a great spot to camp out at, make sure to bring your scalers for the night runs.

Just like we have done all series each class will be $5.00 to enter with 100% of that going back to the top 3 drivers. So if you plan on running both classes in both days your gonna need $20.00.

After buying the series trophies there is some money left over, I figured instead of letting the guys who win have more of our money we could use that and have a big feast on saturday night, the series money will cover it all, how do you all feel about that? I can bring my big grill and if some people don't mind helping I'll do the cooking.

Just so you all know where you stand here are the current series scores going into the last 2 events.
