I think a couple people were upset that I went into the main event even though I didnt finish either course. I dont really blam them, I thought I was near the bottom of our group till fish same I first in the main event.

I had a 22 on course A and a near perfect run on course B when my diff came apart. If I took the 10 points needed to repair my truck I would have been around 35 points which would not have been good enough to get in the Top 5 of my group. It would have been good enough to get me in the Top 10. We decided to do the way we did and it cost me a place in the Main Event, so I should be b*tching louder than anyone! I have no regrets it was the right thing to do! Last edited by Fishmaxx; 08-09-2005 at 06:58 AM. | |

I looked over the scores for the first 2 courses to make sure they were correct, but I never saw the scores from the 3rd course. But I think KillerTXT is correct, so congrats Kenny for your first win. I'll take second again for the 2nd or 3rd time. I already gave the tires away to a needy crawler.

| srobertlaw2003, My guess would be 7 points from the "TREE COURSE" and about 35 points from the "RIVER COURSE" (40 max points minus 5 progress points) for a TOTAL of 42. Thats just off the top of my head, but I bet its very close! |

Kenny The reason I onley gave Rxcrawler a 5 point repair Is because that is what the offical score sheet Had down as the amout to assinge for the peniltaty. Sorrey If I screwed up . It was the first time I was judge an all. |

Was it a "touch repair", or a "tool reapair"?

| It was a tool repair... Repair: (5 pts) points are added to touch penalties if the use of tools is required. Repairs taking less than 1 minute may be completed on course. Repairs taking longer than 1 minute must be completed off course in the pit area. If repairs cannot be made with in 30 minutes the driver is given a DNF. |

Joey wasn't charged for the touch to go along with the repair. This would have put him at 3 points instead of -2. |

We get the tennis ball's on special order and they are really expensive because we have to have them specialy made since we only need one side so thats why they are so special. |
