NOR-CAL comp...Paradise Hobbies 11/29
 

Hey guys if your in the area on 11/29/08 come on up to Paradise. Were going to have a comp for 2.2 crawlers and possibly 1.9 as well. We'll have tech starting at 9:00am and start the comp at 10:00am We'll run three courses and a top 5 shootout to determine the winner. Comp fee will be $5.00 per car.

We run our courses with natural rock, bridges and other man-made obstacles and we change it up for each comp to keep it interesting.

how many people typically show up? Im thinkin of makin the drive up there to check it out.

First comp we had 17 altogether and the last comp was around 13. It's a small group but we have a great time. We will run everyone together on each course so we have time to talk and watch each other run. Hope you can make it. "thumbsup"

Will there be any tall ledges or slippery rocks? Im a bit clumsey since I turned 31:lol: My crawler seems to have a lower CG than I do:shock:

Ive since slowed it down a little. From 12t pinions to 9t's. No more jumping I guess:-( That speed cost me a gate at folsom..

alright everybody.....this Saturday is coming quick. We'll run the comp unless there is a downpour so get your rigs together. We will be setting the courses up on Friday.

Hopefully youll run 1.9 crawlers. I just got a losi mrc and need a good testing for it.

ok guys comp is tommarow. courses are all set up for 2.2 as we will be running them first and then we will set up 1.9 as we finish with the 2.2 courses.

Had fun for my first comp. Have to make some changes and hopefully ill make it to your next outing.
