Hopefully some of you locals up there can post a report on the weather bright and early on Sunday morning. Dan and I were coming up to help set up, would hate to drive all that way to just turn around:-( AGAIN Happened twice last year

Only for cold or for snow as well?

I can understand keeping it going just because it's cold, but snow really throws a wrench into it all.

[quote=jason;1504229]Any of you know if there is an electrical outlet nearby the comp area? Maybe something on a light pole or something?

I am thinking about setting up the live webcam at the comp near one of the courses, but would need some power.

I know there is nothing on the draw side of the parking lot.

Don't know how much power you need, we can run a cord off of my converter. It's enough to run the computer.

I will have 3 camcorders there also. Tape'n as much as we can.

There is just enough downhill that you can slide on your butt while you drive your crawler.
Oh wait, that only works if we make downhill courses.
Sorry ladies, fat chance.
HA HA HA HA HA HA.

Yea I have one of those too, just didn't want to drain the battery in my truck.

Nice those make good vids for later, but I was going to set a camera up next to a course and broadcast live for all the homos sitting at home.

IF I decide to come I'd love to setup a live feed to run all day. IF I do that though we'll need to have at least that 1 course as close as possible to the parking area.

If it's snowing I ain't setting my laptop up out there though.

You can run mine, I ain't in it for the series championship. I think I am only gonna run my 2.2 tomorrow.

Edit: you may want to do a little work to it today though;) It still has the stock junk tires on it. I have a new set, just not installed.
