Default Gate rules

When you hit a marker does it kill the gate or can you hit both markers in the gate and be charged 20 points in one gate

there are 2 markers per gate....if you hit one gate marker you get 10 points and THAT marker is dead, but the other marker for THAT gate is still active, so yes you can get 20 points @ one gate. There is a little more to it when it comes to progression or pointing out too the next gate but I wont get into that, the easiest way to understand is this, If you touch a gate MARKER its ten points no matter what, even if the gate is cleared , you back up and hit a marker...TEN POINTS. If any of this is wrong please correct me

Remember, all gates are active (as far as penalties are concerned) as soon as you enter the course. If your rig or YOUR BODY hits/steps on a gate it is then dead and you get a 10 point penatly.
