Have they signed up yet? The reason I ask is I think there are only 9 or less spots in pro left. The signups started last Friday and the 80 allowed have almost been filled. I think there is alot of novice spots still open though. Just want to make sure nobody misses out by waiting to long. They are going quick.

I beleive out of the 40 novices allowed they have filled approx 10 spots so far.

I am going to try and get to the City Of Rocks comp on Friday but if not I will be there first thing Sat morning. Just have to wait and see if I will be driving there alone or if somebody else will be riding with me. Will be there for the comp either way.

We will be doing this free, but we will have a coarse set up for the betting kind. Also I have decided to have an "after dark" coarse and will be awarding 1st place with a big trophy. The night crawl will be 2.2 Pro. Novice people will be allowed to run too, but I will only have 1 trophy so the classes will be combined. This will take place on Saturday night.

Rules for Night Crawl...
2.2 with or without dig
no 4 wheel steering
12.5 inch wheel base
ONLY lights to be used are to be attached to the vehicle. Be creative.
2.2 body rules apply
We will score the same as we will for the daytime coarses.
10 pts. for a touch
10 pts. for a gate
10 pts. for out of bounds
5 pts. for a roll over
1 pt. for each reverse
-2 pts for each gate cleared, with the exception of the start gate, which is not awarded any points but will cost you 10 pts. if you or your vehicle touch it.
