Default Southeast RC Extreme 4x4 Challange 2009

We will be hosting another series this year. The first event will be at the Carolina Crawlin Facility in Spartanburg SC on Oct. 3rd. Driver sign up will begin at 9am with the drivers meeting at 9:30 and comp starting at 10am.
I need to know who is coming so that you can be cleared to enter the facility. Second I will be taking donations to off-set the cost of running the event.
Classes will be:
2.2
Scale (may be open to Nylints and 1.9's)

Entry is free to this event but Gulches charges a small fee to get in. Plaques will be awarded for first in each class.

For information including directions to the Carolina Crawlin Facility, check out their website at http://www.carolinacrawlin.com.

Basic directions are:
Take business 85 towards Spartanburg. Get off at exit 4 which is the New Cut Road exit. Get onto New Cut road heading East. Follow that until you go under a rail road bridge (careful here, it is a narrow bridge). After the bridge, take a Right on Howard St. Then look for Fairgrounds Rd and take a Right. The entrance to Carolina Crawlin is the first entrance on the Right as you get to the fair grounds.

Flier will be up at a later time and info on each event will be posted as each date gets closer.

So far there isn't an event for November but we are looking into having the second event around Nov. 21st. Once that is iron'd out it will be posted.

The 3rd event will be Dec. 5th at Gulches ORV Park in Laurens SC.

Define "donation"

There is a group of us coming from NC. At least 5-6 right now.

Means there is no charge for the event but if you feel the need we will take spare change to help cover costs.

Mike, I have no problem with this but if you are going to make a statement like donation and then say the above, you probably need to set an amount with the donation?? Like $5 or something?

Don't let us scare you away like usual Jason......If you show up you would actually have to put your money where your mouth is so to speak and everyone would realize that you talk a big game but that you actually can't drive very well........come on out and prove me wrong....;)

Ok, I removed that line. Was actually a left over from my copy/paste of the last event from last year.

Just to clear it up, there is no entry fee for this event.
For Gulches, you will have to pay Skip to get in but it is a discount unless you are bringing your 1:1 to ride after the event.

No problem.....the NC guys have an event for our Fall Series on Dec. 5th so we won't be able to make it down there.

Yeah, what does this comp in Spartanburg, SC on Oct 3rd(that we will all be at) have to do with the next one on Dec 5th at Gulches that we won't be able to make????........literacy is not a mandatory skill apparently in your "state of confusion".......;)

Hope you come on down. Bring that rockshow out too and maybe we can figure out why you think it is too stiff? Rockshow and Uroplatus will be in Spartanburg with us. I am sure we can figure it out.
