R.E.C.O.N. seeks the adventure in competition. Round 3 of the Sub-Zero Series was held at Prison Hill, NV, but there was nothing going to keep the big hearts and good will of RECON Drivers behind bars. Round 3 was the Christmas Comp and giving was the theme. The courses gave high scores, Santa gave the gift of laughter to RECON Drivers, and RECON Drivers gave food and toys for those in need. On behalf of all R.E.C.O.N. members and R.E.C.O.N. Chapter Clubs the toys collected went to the Washoe County Sheriffs "Christmas on the Corridor". Jake Skiver, a member of the Washoe County Sheriff's Departments 'Alternatives to Incarceration Unit', was on hand to receive the toy donation. Thank you all for making the first R.E.C.O.N. toy drive a success. Happy Holidays, Proud RECON Member, Parker |

Round 3 was the Christmas Comp and giving was the theme. The courses gave high scores, Santa gave the gift of laughter to RECON Drivers, and RECON Drivers gave food and toys for those in need. The non perishable food items were donated to philanthropist Evelyn Mount's "Community Outreach Food Drive". Evelyn Mount has fed needy families in the Reno and Sparks area, every year, for several decades. She also helps feed the elderly throughout the year. I believe that I speak for everyone of the R.E.C.O.N. Members that helped drop off the food donations at Evelyn Mounts' home, we can all say that we have met an earth bound angel. Meeting Evelyn Mount was a gift. An amazing woman that does amazing things. R.E.C.O.N is honored to have contributed to her cause. On behalf of R.E.C.O.N. and all its Chapter Clubs across the nation, Happy Holidays to all and to all, peace and good will. Parker |
