Hey Guys, everyone tells me its supposed to rain all week, but I know better than to believe all that. Are we still in rain or shine mode?

We will keep an eye on it. The weather forecast that I have seen is calling for rain thru next Monday. We will not be compin in the rain. We will have to let the week play out and see.

its raining friday, light rain sat, I think we should call it off, till the week after, cause even is it doesnt rain on sat it will be a mud pit

i have been checking the weather twice a day and the forecast is different every time, so we are just going to have to play it by ear. expect 24 hour notice if the comp is cancelled

in the event that it is cancelled, do you guys want to reschedule for the 19th, or just hold off until january? the other option would be to run it on the 19th as an optional/fun comp and not have it be apart of the points series since it might interfere with some peoples schedules that planned on attending.

once again, this is only if we have to cancel the comp on saturday

19th is fine with me.

The last time I checked they were predicting a 30% chance of rain, which normally means the coast will be spit on and it will be partly cloudy for everything east of I-5.

NO, you guys are going to put your rain coats on and come out and compete in the rain and mud. end of story... final results. Glenn Perfect score on all courses (the only one who showed up).

I really don't wish to test the water resistance of my electronics, I'm pretty sure they are not.

I almost did that today, my truck almost got ran over by a wave...

Sounds good Nabil!! I am in for a point series comp on the 19th. And I will run if it's sprinkling. Just a good way to get better is to drive in conditions your not used to.

If it does rain my vote is to hold off till January. I got x-mass plans, running in mud and rain is not my idea of fun.

I'm with Dave. Plus the following week is my Birthday so I have to spend time with the family.

Mud, Rain! how can that not be fun!? I don't mind holding it off if it rains but weather say's 30% chance sat in the AM so lets do this.
