I have good news. We are now holding this event at the Average Joe 4x4 Challenge. We also get free admission. All i know as of now is that i will be given VIP passes to hand out so if you bring someone who is not competing along I'm not sure if they will have to pay to get in. Admission is only $10. They will be providing us with an aggregate pile similar to what we run on at Papago. I've adjusted the information in the first post and will copy it here:

We will also have a booth that does not need to be covered for the entire event but it would be nice to have people there. We'll have the booth for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Anybody want to volunteer to cover the booth?

We will also need some materials to cord off the area we will be given to compete to keep back the spectators. Does anyone have anything we can use?

That is great news. I would be glad to do all I can on Saturday and Sunday while I am there(in the booth, course set up, judging, and competing). I want to do everything I can to help make this one the best events PARC has hosted.

The organizers would also like if we could crawl on the full size courses before the event starts each day at 11am. Something to keep the spectators and waiting drivers entertained. So we can go and just play around wherever we want in the morning. That should be fun!

Caution tape would be perfect. The only other thing we would need are some poles to drive into the ground or something else to keep up the tape.

Chad, do you want to put together a flyer to promote PARC. The things i can think of now that it would need is:

State we are local and hold comps every 3 weeks
Have a cool picture of a crawler
Link to rcc
Link to tcs events
Maybe something catchy to get more people to come out to the next comp.

Hey Brian, sounds good. Most of us will be there and we will probably have a few people at the booth. We'll show our trucks, have some flyer's out for PARC and maybe I'll have my laptop playing some videos.

Default Wow!!!

Way to go Kevin !!!! This will be our best event ever !!! Friday and Saturday will be tough for me but I'll be there for sure Sunday. Do we need tables or chairs? I think I have some yellow tape from an old race, I'll check. I also have a utility wagon we can use to haul stuff back and forth.

Let's bring spec trucks with so all three classes are represented. We can run them as a demo and comp with the 1s and 3s as planned.

I'll see if my pop can come and shot photos, this looks like a great opportunity to get into a RC mag.

I'll talk to Rich and Mitch and the other East Mesa bunch, how about Jay and Ron? Let's get everyone out there, carpool, bring a friend and double up on a truck.
