Default Nor-Cal Competition Series - Event #2

Welcome to the 2006 Nor-Cal Rock Crawling Series. Event #2 is scheduled to start on 25 March 2006. All information will be posted here.

The series started with a BANG at the first event at Indian Rock Park!! The event was a complete success supplying the competitors with new terrain, awesome scenery, and very technical thinking courses. The field of drivers has grown significantly since the 2005 season and looks to be the most challenging to date with rigs that are very well matched and optimized for the tough rocky terrain.

In the Super Modified series, Jason (RockCrawler_101) took his home made stick Power Wagon to his first win. Jason sweeped the class by nearly 20 points. newcomer Matt and veteran Daniel followed him up with a 2nd and 3rd place respectively.

In the 2.2 Limited class, SlinkySam took home the bacon with a newly built Jeep bodied rig. Winner of the Nor-Cal 2005 season, Sam went on to another victory but only marginally above 2nd and 3rd place drivers Badger (with tiny GeoLander tires) and Daniel. With only a distance of 5 and 6 points separating out 1st from the 2nd and 3rd place drivers, this class is set to be a "no holds barred, you better not take that extra backup point or you will be chasing the pack" series.

So where does this take us? Our next stop on the Nor-Cal tour will be a sweet little ocean side spot known as Bean Hollow State Beach on March 25th. Actually, the event will be just north of the park itself where a plethora of rocks await the drivers.

There is no fee to enter, so join us for some good times and great rock crawling.

Location Address:
Bean Hollow State Beach
11000 Cabrillo Hwy, Pescadero, CA 94060, US

Remember, we will be parked along highway 1 North of the main Bean Hollow parking lot. I would say about 1/4 mile North from the Bean Hollow beach itself.

I think you need to embed the fonts and reduce the size a bit. What are you using to create the PDF?

Sorry, I didn't see there was a problem. I will save it in a different format (jpg or gif) and reupload it. Most likely you are missing a font style or something is all. I didn't realize a PDF reads the font. I figured it was internal when you saved it.

EDIT: The original posting was updated with a link. Here it is also:

Let me know if there are any problems with this one.

It's not the PDF that is the problem, it is the options used when printing it.
