It was a pleasure to meet all of you. Scott, Mike, Dezfan, Bugman and anyone else i forgot. A great group of guys. I wish i could have stayed longer but work was calling. I am interested in starting a club in Saint Louis and creating some informal comps as well (if I could get one of my 6 rigs running. lol) If I do then you guys can come out THIS way to compete. There's some sikk places to crawl around here! hehehe. Anyways, I had a blast and it was worth the drive! -Collier

Do you guys always compete at Cosmo Park?

So..... quite the talker are we?

It was a great time for me too. We switch between cosmo and capen, depending on our whims. Both are pretty dang fun. We use cosmo more than the local rc racing club. It was set aside for them to use origionally, and years later squat has been accomplished by them. I say we petition for more rocks!!

kewl. the reason I asked is because I wasn't really too impressed with the course. Don't get me wrong, I love rock crawling but I like natural rocks better. To me it looked like landscaping rocks dumped off the side of a hill. I was looking at the pics of the first comp you guys had. Much sweeter looking course IMO. I'll be back though, don't worry. hehehe

P.S. The beaver kicks ***!

Capen is a rock crawlers dream! I like Cosmo and some of the lines are extremely difficult. I love to crawl them both! Congrats on the victory today Johnrob! The Beaver really worked us over today!

And Greg, congrats to you as well, the P4 is sweet!

I'm extremely pleased w/ the Grunt's performance. The RD XL4 is a sweet design and w/ a little tweaking to my drive train, the Grunt will be a force to be reckoned with! Hope to see a better turn out next time as well.

And to all of the new guys we met today. It was a pleasure to meet you all. Thanks for showing up. Hope to see you at the next GTG or comp.

Kind of a disappointing run for me with the servo problem. I feel like my scale'r can do better than that. I'll be working on some upgrades to keep up with the comp buggies for the next round! I hope to make it out to a few more.

I've mentioned to JRH that we could meet at my house some day and check out my personal crawl spot if you get tired of the same old rocks. Just a short drive to Ashland.

Good to meet everyone!

Going to Ashland would be great for us JC boys!! For that matter, if any of the Columbia guys would be interested in coming to JC, we have a spot around here that makes for some fun driving.

Good to see you at the comp, Mike. We were all amazed at the capability of your tuber, considering the weight and the general nature of a "scaler" crawler.

Yeah, I was impressed Mike. A "scaler" that climbs as well as your did was impressive indeed. I would love to crawl a new local. Make a post on the CMRCRC (Link in my sig) website and maybe we can get a comp or a GTG organized.

As for Jeff City, that would be cool as well Greg! I love new terrain!
