Default get the rigs in order because there is no better location than the summit

The txt is getting the nn chassis treatment.

The unlimited is going twelve volts.

If I can find the time the 2.2 will get a vaderesk bta.

I need to beat Kevin to bump into the points series lead in unlimited, any ideas let me know I am pulling no punches.

On second thought maybe I will just drop my 2.2 off at mikes with a post it note that reads "bta by sunday". This is going to be fun!

I may have knuckle packs finally. If I don't at least I'll have my new custom 9 cell packs to put on the standard battery plate in the back. The active suspension should be finished by then, but I'm not sure I want to test something so new at a comp, so I'll probably leave it off. Truck puller 2 motors I was testing are coming out and I'll swap in some fresh lathe motors. Probably a 65t in the back and a 55t in the front.

The NN chassis flew together today and fits on my txt like a glove.

I am interested in those puller motors Kevin. One would be great for each of my shafties...if you are looking to sell them.

Grover, I won't sell those motors but I'd like to see how they work in a shafty rig. Also, are you short any motors? I have those 55t's I pulled out of my unlimited.

Well I am not technically short on motors. I am using the original 55t motors that are over a year old in my 2.2 shafty and my txt NN shafty.

I'll probably wind up pulling them out of my rig within the next day or two. If you want to throw them in your shafty truck your more than welcome.

The motors are out of the truck, stop by anytime! I'd like to see the NN with the txt drivetrain in it. Bring it along! I have to test my truck out with the 65t-55t setup. Noticeable difference in wheel speed may or may not help. I have to get it out on the rocks tomorrow.

Mike, you definitely have too many toys. You need a damned hauler!!!!!! Wait, you can never have toooo many toys!

I'll only have one truck this time (16" stick) performing better than ever with some new motors, suspension mods, etc. And it looks like I'll have some tlt's on the way soon, so hopefully by next comp I'll have one up and running. See you in the morning.

Ok so we were talking about changing the next comp date from may 14th to may 21st because of mothers day. Also Kevin is taking the iniciative to print up some flyers to post at local shops so the comp needs to be someplace that we can depend on. We talked about the summit. What do you think guys?
