| Colorado Winter Series Championship
First off I want to say thanks to all of those that attended the 6 winter events we held this year, without all the drivers it wouldn't be any fun. I also want to say thanks to all of the new faces that came out during this series, and I hope to see you all again at our summer series events. This last event was held at Skippys place, and we all need to thank him and his family for inviting us up to hold our events at their awesome location. The food is much appreciated as well! Thanks a millions guys! Now I need to thank those of you that helped me run the events, judging, course setup, cleanup, ect. Thank all of you very much, I couldn't do it without your help. Now onto the event coverage from yesterday. The event went great, we setup some brutal courses the weather was nice until the afternoon thunderstorm, but I think it made a great closing to this 2005-2006 winter series! Here are the results from yesterdays comp. |

Thanks to Skippy, and his family, for letting us take over for the day again. The Broke Back Mountain crawl area is sweet. It turned out to be a great day of crawling, as usual. The courses had a great mix of tight technical boulders and steep terrain......................................good times!! The TXT held it's own in the Super Class. If I learned how to drive, it would have been even better!! It'll be back for the Summer Series, just to keep you Clod guys on your toes. Congrats to Sparky and Robb (racerx) for their victories yesterday. |

Thanks so much to everyone who helped put on the series and who competed. This was alot of fun even though I missed the first half. Big thanks to Skippy and his dad for the crawl spot and the great BBQ samiches. With obstacles like "Skippy's hot tub" and "Brokeback Hill" the crawl spot was alot of fun. I am looking forward to the summer series where I will be driving a TLT and may axshully finish a course. Thanks for the test drive Sparky. Great pics everyone. |
