No I haven't but we are still a month out. (I'm also 4 hours out) As we get closer hopefully we can get Ross or who ever is a bit closer to scope it out.

No money involved. Just bring something to beat the heat.

helhedded 08-01-2011 03:57 PM

It doesn't look like I will have the gas money to make it. If anything changes, I'll post up.

Szczerba 08-01-2011 06:16 PM

I'll be in Southern Cali for a wedding.

Very excited for some new crawlers! Especially in 1.9!

On a different note, I might have something together to compete in the sportsman class, but its currently in pieces all over my bench.

ROLANDROCKSHOP 08-02-2011 10:01 AM

TC09mini 08-16-2011 02:28 PM

Rootar 08-20-2011 01:18 PM

Guys I want to know what you think. I'm not sure if this drive is going to be worth it to me for such a small comp. With only 3 firm and one maybe in 2.2; 2 sportsman; and 3 mini's, I don't think I can justify driving 4 hours. I know Ross lives right there, Corky and Greg, what do you guy think? Josh, I'm not sure how far you are from this area.

So I take it it's off for now?

constantmotion 08-23-2011 09:40 AM

Yeah, with the turnout, not sure if I will be willing to drive up and fight the heat.

Looks like it, but I hope you will be able to come out to some of the other comps this fall, if not, definitely in the Spring we will be back in Ark.

x2. That being said, I bet this location has a TON of exposed rock with the lack of rain we have been having.
