You get to crawl at 1 of the greatest crawling spots in the nation, Hosted by 801RCC, with some of the top drivers from near by states. With southern Utah's beautiful red rock you'd have to be crazy to miss this comp -Where- St George, Utah NAME: Pioneer Park LOCATION: Pioneer Park St George, Ut. 250 East Red Hills Parkway TERRAIN: Red Sandstone/Slick Rock TRACTION: Medium/low, very consistent Important, Please Read There is some road construction on Red Hills Parkway that might affect the event. Most likely it will not, but if by some chance Pioneer Park is closed the day of the event, we have an alternate spot just a few miles down the road at Chuckwalla Park. Below are directions from Pioneer Park to Chuckwalla Park. From Pioneer Park: Head west on Red Hills Parkway 2.7miles to Bluff St. Turn right onto Bluff St, Head north on Bluff St about 2 blocks and Chuckwalla is on the left (west) side of the road. I want to thank St George Parks and Rec for working with us on the event and doing their best to accommodate us 8) St George is a nice town in the southwest corner of Utah. St George is home to some of the prettiest Red Rock in the word. With mountain biking, hiking, ATVing, Fishing, Gaming :wink: and a few National Parks just miles away St George is a perfect place for a "getaway". :wink: -When- March 17th 2012 -3/17/12- 2.2's/1.9's 7:00am Course setup 8:45am Pics and drivers meeting 9:00am Competition starts 6:00pm All Courses close 2.2 are by far the biggest and most competitive class in the R/C crawling seen. So if you think you have what it takes to be on top then come on out and test your skills, you'll want to bring your A game. Due to popularity the 2.2 entries will be capped at 75 drivers So make sure you sign up quick. We will be running four 1.9 courses but there will not be official judges.
