where: Degray Lake - Iron Mtn Roadside
time: start @10am / setup@9am
directions to the roadside (parking is up the road a couple hundred feet on the right) : 34.220151,-93.097576 - Google Maps or 34.220151,-93.097576
Classes : 2.2 pro, 2.2 sport, 1.9


As you come down Skyline Drive towards the lake you will start to see large rocks to your right. You can stop there and haul your stuff up to the comp spot but your vehicle will have to be parked in the parking lot up the road.

Intellicast.com is showing 60% rain for Malvern this Saturday.
I will be making the necessary modifications in the event said weather prediction holds true.

EVERYONE:


As of now the comp is NOT canceled. We are keeping a close eye on the radars and we keep everyone informed of any changes i.e. cancellation or relocation. As we get closer to friday the hourly forcast for Saturday will be monitored.

looks like its gonna clear for a great day!!

maybe a lil muddy so wear your boots..bring trash bags for your rigs incase it starts raining again.

One month you are on top of the world and the next you are in the gutter. Well at least that is how my sporty result are. I still had a lot of fun in side hill land. I think I will finally widen up the LCC, since it acted like a scared goat most of the day.

it was pure luck..

szczerbas new tires just werent hooking up just right..

and corky just wasnt in his usual groove..

I didn't even wear sweatpants! Although I did bring powdered doughnuts and a 2 liter of dr pepper. Still no sweatpants and no box of cereal.

Had a good time on Saturday. The DeGray spot is small but alot of good lines can be made on it.

Thanks for the pictures Ashton and Josh.

I only have a couple pictures of the big daddy swampers I made. Corky mounted them up on his Wraith and didn't want to take them off. They need to get some dirt on em to fade the glue lines. Right around ~6.125" tall.
