Re: 2012 cANZ Nationals - Australia - 16 June 2012 hey Guys what a day :D well done to everyone that placed in the classes "thumbsup" thanks to all the guys that put in the hard work for organizing sponsors, prizes and setting courses and all the behind the scene thing, 8) well done another great Nationals "thumbsup" it was nice to see Camo and Jakesy again and meeting the rest of the people that came down from Queensland "thumbsup" it wasnt a bad last sportsman class for me apart from the breaking thing on the last course ,but hey S#it happens, loved the pro courses they where hard but fair, a thanks to Mides for the rod ends that helped me get back in pro ,Cheers Mate "thumbsup" , so see you local guys next month and see the out of towner's next year :mrgreen: cheers Rino |

Thanks to the cANZ Officilas, sponsers and event organiser's Including Splat for all the behind the scenes work that went unseen I had a great day was pleasently supprissed i did so well in Scale class 1 and very happy i took out the cANZ Sportsman Nationals Title for 2012 http://www.crawlanz.com/images/smilies/icon/biggrin.gif Thanks to everyone that put the work into the courses. As i was entered in all 4 classes for the day i got to experiance evryones corse design. Well done. The Scale courses were technical and well laid out. I was bummed i had 2 batterys fail in Coomp Scale 2 on course 1 and then to go well in course 2, but due to battery failures itput me out of the running. Scale 1 was also quite technical but had a good balance. Congrads to BMT, Bushy, Boy Castle for their placings and Luxenberg in his First scale comp with the new rig for getting a placing http://www.crawlanz.com/images/smilies/eusa/clap.gif Sportsman a thankyou to NEC also for the course and the boys that gave me a run in the competition. Rino you were unlucky to have a part failure at a crucial time. Had you not, he results may have been different. Pro thanks to Mike for setting tough but challanging courses. i was nervous going in seeing the light weight rigs performing well and seeing just how good the Qld crew were. Well done to all the Qld crew for coming down and competing in our state on our turf and doing so well http://www.crawlanz.com/images/smilies/eusa/clap.gif For me i performed comsistantly i felt for myself and was happy with the way i drove the course apart from Pro 3 and nearly getting a clean run only to screw it up on the final gate http://www.crawlanz.com/images/smili...y/banghead.gif but overall was happy with my driving. Congrads to the top 5 Drivers, the Shoot out Mike designed looked tough from a spectators angle and i m sure was for you guys. Re: 2012 cANZ Nationals - Australia - 16 June 2012 Hey Guys and Gals, Big THANKS to everyone for competing, you guys made for a fantastic event. Sorry for the few regulars who couldn't make it on Sunday. The rain on Saturday just didnt go away. Was a cracker of a day on Sunday. Great to see so many Queenslanders make the trip south, man, you guys can drive. Hope you have a safe trip home. Congratz to Bushy for taking out both Scale Classes. I hope you like your trophies and awesome prizes. Congratz to OZ Bruiser for finally taking out Sportsman, was only a matter of time. Congratz to Hulksta for taking out PRO amongst some very good drivers, (bloody berg) :twisted: Thanks SPLAT for your help with setting up each morning (those sand bags were heavy but watching the sunrise was worth it), lugging that gear around was hard work. Good luck with the new xr10. Those that helped out during the day with Scoring and layout of the courses, muchly appreciated. Kurt and Camo, thanks for your help with packing up. Mike, that final 5 course was one of your best Bro. Another big thanks to BMT and Highlucks for chasing down the sponsors, which resulted in very cool prizes. I'll post up some pics tonight but i look forward to seeing everyone's pics and videos. so post up. cheers Nec. |
