I had a great time at the comp. I need to control my throttle finger a little better. Nick was a huge help helping me pick some lines. Also want to thabk joe and everyone else who put it together. Great to meet everyone, sorry I had to cut out early and couldn't hit the third course. See y'all on the 24th or whatever that Saturday comp is.

I had a great time too. It was nice to meet some new people and see what the comp world is all about. Thanks to everyone that put this together. I probably shouldn't have gone to this.......it may give me the comp bug.... Oh noes

LOL I am so very glad you all had fun, Thats what its all about and who said you gotta have a high end rig to have fun, I was impressed with several scale guys crawling ability's and look forward to seeing everybody on the 23rd. Todays turn out was awsome!! That proved that crawling is alive and well in Alabama. I will post score's as soon as I get home Sunday eve if I dont get to them tonight.

A special thanks to Poorboyrc77 who played a major role in course set up and judging and still making the finals.

Had a blast today !!!! Thanks Joe for stepping up and planning a great comp. Great driving Jake and maybe I will get you next time. Also Nick I still have alot to learn and maybe i will beat you one day.
It was great to see all of the new faces and to have alot of the ole gang at a club comp. Good to see Benzbuilder and Tedrockz!!!!

How did the last course work out for everyone? I could have stayed. I had 2 people show up that I had to "entertain" while my wife had her baby shower. I guess all of the guys decided that a day at the lake with boats and jetski's wouldnt work out to well in the rain. I'm down for another comp next week (16th/17th) if we can get enough folks together. I know we have one coming up towards the end of the month but I want it NOW :-) I probably could have a few of my buddies come out with their wraiths even though they are not comp legal. Also I had another question. If I brought a few friends with me could they drive my rig and count as another person or is there a rule against that? I want to say I saw a few guys drive the same rig yesterday.

Awesome, That should also get them bitten by the comp bug How did yours last after that pop on the second course? I'm pretty sure I have a spare set of hardened gears with exception to one gear (the one that broke on me) I also have 4 or 5 new pinions (14 and 15 tooth)

Broke a transfer shaft on. Course 3, thanks to a few good men I got it fixed for finals. Qualified 5th and finished 5th so it wasn't bad!

Hey HBJ....have you played with Google Docs? You can post up points/series standings with it. Shows like an Excel spreadsheet.
