|  Atlanta, GA Southern Throw Down Comp#3 11-10-12
Id like to invite everyone to my house November 10th 2012 for our 3rd comp of the southern throw down series! This comp will be a touch different than the last 2. My comp will consist of multiple courses with everything from rock crawling, hill climbing, and a motocross track. We will also have a bounty hill climb just as we have done in the past 2 competitions for fun. and of course a trail ride. Courses- These courses will be based off of the southern rock bouncers "Gorilla run" You will see anything from logs, crazy rock gardens and short, but crazy hill climbs. A time limit will be set based on testing and length of the course. Im estimating 4 courses taking about 5-6min each to complete. Motocross track- I have an existing short course/8th scale buggy track at my house. Its fairly small- With my old 4x4 short course truck I had about a 13 second lap time record. We will run 2 rigs at once both running against the clock, not eachother. Though that should push the times to be faster :bringit: Rig change will not be allowed, though if youd like to bring go fasts you are welcome to run them whenever youd like. You have to run the same rig that is run throughout all courses. Cookout- This will be on me, my birthday is the next day so I figured why not thank everyone for coming to these comps, supporting rock crawlers of atlanta and just being a great group of guys by treating you all to some kickass food. I have plenty of 1.9 scale trails, so please feel free to bring them! PM me for my address!!  |

Ready to roll...... Ck the truck and all is still good. How I don't know but whatever. My wraith is still kicking but how I dont know with Tyler driving but it was working for him for sure. Making it do some insane climbs and landing it.

You know this guy is in!! I am having a blast!! Ready to see how mine and Kyles courses compare! Hope everyone faired the last one okay, sorry it was so hard on the trucks next time won't be so rough lol

You can compete pretty much with anything thats not a comp truck. And weve bet the rules a little bit to allow that haha. Its all for fun! |
