Default Website design for comp scores/rankings.

I'll start by apologizing if this doesn't belong here, it was the most appropriate place i could think of for it.

I just wanted to see if anybody out there has designed/found a template that would work well for score tallys at comps? i know the nationals they used google dos, and that seems OK, but i was hoping for something a little more full featured, i am not a web designer, i can fumble my way through a little code, but not a scratch designer by any means.

I have developed an excel sheet that does the job quite well it automatically adds the scores and autosorts and shows the rankings in basically realtime, but i just figured it'd be a lot easier if there was some sort of web form for easier input and display of the results.... just curious if anybody out there uses a web based tracking system?
