Can we stop in Tijauna after we are done? Dang man I really want to go to this but Im not sure I like crawling enough to drive 3hrs. I dont know how you guys do it but sure am glad you come to ours. Maybe I can pull a JD and sleep the whole way while someone else chauffeurs me down there?

I do not have a 2.2 pro car, but can I run my 2.2s in the pro class. I am sure my excellent driving will push me deep into the bottom of the pack.

I am really thinking about this. It would be the closest comp I have been to. About 2 hours going the speedlimit. There is a big short course thing here this weekend so the everyone wants to do that but I am thinking it will be cooler there than here.

This is just minutes from me. We crawl there all the time. Are spectators welcome? I'd love see a Comp in person. I just don't want to be the creepy guy staring

It is hard to not be a creepy guy at one of these events. It is a bunch of grown ass men playing with toy cars. I am sure spectators are welcome.

In current traffic: 2 hours 5 mins


From my driveway to the spot Nabil tagged. I figure I need at least 20 extra minutes for coffee, another 10 to drop deuce in Jacumba or El Centro. I give it an even 2.5 hours.


For you Kalifornia guys, 2 hours one way to work is a good day with no traffic. I refuse to drive out to Jeremy's house and it is 8 miles. I feel like if I am going that far I need to pack water and fill up the truck with gas.


But for decent weather, as long as I am not working, I plan on going. Of course I will not know if I have to work until late Friday.
