Scale Endurance Rules:

13. Winch penalties are -2 points. SORCCA rules
14. Winch and recovery assist award is +2 points (no penalties for assisting vehicles during recovery).
15. 100% scale points. SORCCA rules.
16. Drivers are required to keep track of their own score and turn them in at the finish.
17. The scale endurance is not a series event.
18. The GSRCC Scale Endurance is a free event. However, donations are appreciated. Donations pay for the food,drinks, and other amenities for the next Scale Endurance. Please help keep the Scale Endurance a fun and free event through your generous donations.
19. Last and most important. Have fun! The Scale Endurance format is about having fun and promoting teamwork.

Guys, I'm sorry for this question but I'm new to this crawling hobby...but... is a 1.9 Venom SAFARI allowed to compete in this class?. Not the Venom Creeper but the Sarfari.

2manytoysdave: No, the venom safari does not qualify as either a scaler or a wraith. The shocks on the Venom Safari are not mounted to the rail chassis (mounts to a sportsman like chassis). The venom Safari is essentially a sportsman class vehicle with a rail chassis attached. The rails serve no function other than to hold the body on. The shocks must be mounted to the rail chassis in true scale fashion to qualify in the scale endurance.

You can still run it if it is the only scale-like RC you have. However, you will not place in the final scores as a result, or you can do some serious modifications to make it a true scaler and go for the points!

seph606 is right you cant get on the podeum with your rig,but our scale endurances are open to all who are just looking for some FUN,if not come anyway everyone will welcome you at a scale endurance and give you all kinds of ideas on how to modify ur rig or build another,hope to see you their!!
