Bobrocks Fall scale comp Oct 5th

Its time again for the fall Bobrocks "up the creek" scale challenge.
Where:
2437 Bradenbaugh rd
White Hall,MD 21161

When: Oct 5th @10:00am

Entry Fee: $15.00

Bobrocks scale comp will consist of 1.9 scale challenge,2.2 scale challenge and super nasty mudbog showdown.
The 1.9 scale challenge will consist of 2 man teams, race up the creek with obstacles including but not limited to , rocks, hill climbs,mud and water. The creek is a nasty spot for a wicked course. All 1.9 tires are welcome, chassis must be ladder rails,cc01s ect no crawler chassis allowed. A winch is highly recommend and trucks should be waterproofed.
The 2.2 challenge will consist of a scale course will be a dash up the rocks with gates of 12" wide, ladder rail chassis,tubers and wraith are welcomed, again no comp crawlers.
The mudpit: "The Buck" type event, the names says it all, nasty,slimy,deep mudpit. We will have it marked the farthest truck will win the mud challenge, this would be a good mudpit for a nasty 4s brushless monster with boggers on it.
Lunch/drink will be provided. This will be an action packed exiciting event that you wont want to miss. Here is a couple of pics of the rock gulch

Huge amount of work has been accomplished. Opened more trails this week.

Might have to see if I can make it up for the event. I'm new to this part of the hobby and just have a wraith now so I most likely won't compete but should be fun to watch.

There are some deep water areas so plan accordingly. In an effort to keep this as scale as it can I will limit the depth to around door handle high..

Getting the buggy ready for the TTC. It got me in the top 10 at the East Coast Scale Challenge, which qualified me to run the TTC next day. Put on a good show and ended up finishing 6th.

Bring the mud!!!
