Hey All....

Nor Cal is taking a Christmas Break this month........."thumbsup":lmao:

We will have Comp #3 in January on the Second Sunday of the month..
that will be 1/11/2015..

Not sure where it will be yet, so stay tuned......

could possibly be at Treasure Island, the park in Navato, really not sure
if any one has any ideas shoot me a PM

There is a spot in San Jose. Guadalupe river on trimble ave. Its Rip Rap but it is driveable. I run down there quite a bit and dean does too.

Joel, I drive by there all the time. Where do you guys park at? It looks like the rocks are as big as the ones at the tubes. Is that a pretty cool spot?

I park in front of the gate sometimes or in any of the near by parking lots.

Looks like a cool spot Joel, too bad we don't have more natural formed spots here in the bay area. That spot actually looks a lot better that Treasure Island to me, I don't care for the distance.

That's right, the GG bridge Will be closed the week end of the 11th , and that is the comp weekend....

but if we have it over east bay way, that should be good for everyone and no one will have to cross the GG bridge......


Maybe Treasure Island, The falls in San Ramon, not sure yet...

if anyone knows what time the water comes on at the falls on a sunday please post up...

Falls come on at 12. But if we did one course on the falls and ran it first and the rest away from the water we would be fine. Pacifica would be great to a lot warmer.

forgot about pacifica, cause i use the GG bridge comming home from there..
But really dont have too....

What you wouldnt like to maybe comp on a bit of ice at the falls. ?:shock::lmao:

I got a week to think about it..

Also dont forget a few comps will be up this way..

Hay Mike I was at a scale event in walnut creek off of I680.the place has some nice rock and is rc friendly.its called Shell Ridge Recreation Area,120 Sutherland dr.Walnut Creek Ca.you might want to google earth it and check it out.

I googled it and cant tell anything, so maybe someone over that way can check it out and take some pictures.... then LMK...

but I checked out Treasure Island today..

I thought that the rocks right when you pass the coffee house on the left facing SF looked OK
about like the rocks at Pacific beach that we go to..

I will post a picture or two of that tomarrow.......
