Copy and paste this Long./Lat. number in google, then select maps.

38.393929, -123.094854

1hr 50min drive for me.

Here's what I did.
I used Google first, then Google maps to find Duncan's Landing.
Then saved it in my Google Maps.
Now I can access My Places in Google Maps in my phone and use Navi to guide me there.

Not sure if it helps, but here is the picture that I've used in the past for NBRCC. It has street names that you can get directions to.

Your numbers worked as degrees, minutes and seconds of a degree.
The numbers I posted are decimal and are easier to type but get the same result.
