Event Calender at RC ORVA

Starting with the 2015 season we are using the RC Off Road Vehicle Association calender to list events, attendees, and to keep track of season points. This is required for clubs and regional events in the RCCA/ USRCCA series. We suggest that all events use the calender so that everything is easily searchable and so that clubs don't double book dates by accident, whether SORCCA, G6, U4RC, or any other flavor of event.



To create events on RCORVA.com , you must be an event Coordinator. You can pay a fee for this, or if you are an established club or event host we will grant you a free coordinator account to get the ball rolling. Just contact us through RC ORVA if you have questions.

There is no fee to list events, people can register for your event for free, and if you are charging a ticket price there is a minimal processing charge similar to EventBrite. You can also add swag sales to your event, so sales of T-shirts or other memorabilia can be easily handled for you. When you are ready to print shirts, the site gives you a rundown of sizes along with your driver rosters for each class. Any sales are immediately transferred to the event host, and not held by ORVA. Take that, other event ticket sales sites



Once your event is created, we suggest you put a link in the description to your thread on RCC so that people know where the discussion is. If you link the RCC thread back to the RC ORVA event page, folks can see who has registered and all details in one location.
