Specs for Gate Markers

hey guys,

I'm planning on building some gate markers.

I noticed a lot of people use Tennis-Ball Halves, and I noticed Axial sells their own molded gates:



Axial Racing - Gate Marker - Green (2pcs) which aren't very similar to Tennis-Balls...

Are there are any comp spec-requirements for these things?
DIA, Height, Weight, Material, Graphics...

No gate specs that I know of.

Some people use scale cones as well.

You can also use the Nerf gun vortex discs, they come in various colors and are made of foam. 50 pcs for around 10.00, not bad in price. I use these for our get together when we do non competitive crawling.

RC ScaleWorx makes a kit that comes with colored cones, enough for three 10 gate courses and 2 bonus gates per course. Very nice kit.
