Sorry guys...I am currently sitting on the top of my camper with one hand on the TV antenna and a cable up my Arse to try to get a signal...

Not getting the rush of people that I would have thought. Guys, understand, even though this is low turn out, there is a lot of prep that needs done. Especially being that I can't make it, I don't want to put Chad and his crew is a bad situation.

Since 5/13 we have only added 1 Class 1 and 4 Class 2. We cannot have signups at the event, so don't assume that it will happen. You have two days to get your buddies on the list....

Class 1 - 10
Class 2 - 30
Class 3 - 13

So the event has a low # turn out !
& now you say you will not take any day of show entries.

don't make sense !!

i still have a few people who are unsure if they can get off work until late next week.

so if people manage to make down there & show up with $$,
your not taking entrees & going to turn them away ??

Sure got quiet in here Guess I'll give an update on my life. I have not a single rig that's in one piece. Everything was perfect a week ago, and having a 3 day weekend really screwed things up. I may need to barrow/rent a crawler or three if anyone's got an extra

Son of a bitch! I make that post, go and finish my overdrive gears in my C1 rig. GS01 axles, so it's not plug and play like it is for you Axial sissies
Get it all done up, put it on the floor in the house and started hearing a pop every time I turn to the left. (truck not me. I pop turning to the right) And the ^&$#%@ servo locks up! I'm going back to bed.

damn...........stop playing with them so rough ..........heck I pop when I stand up , sit down , turn left , turn right , roll over in bed ...........need to get with josh at vanquish to see about some replacement parts for my body not my crawler...lol

Wow been a heck of a holiday weekend for me worked the whole time swapped a transmission in a work over rig and changed a clutch on another I might actually be caught up enough where I can leave tommorrow evening. Looks me up when you guys get there I have little volunteers so I would like to get tech done early as possible and please have your scale sheets filled out to make it a little quicker. Just because there's a low truck count doesn't mean we aren't gonna have a blast, and by all means if you guys have comp trucks bring em. I might just throw together a bounty hill run or something similar along he lines 😜

Which version of the scale points tally sheet are we using?

Talking with Chad last night, there is some concern about volunteers. Guys, Chad can't do this alone, even with there being low turnout.

We need people to do:

Tech
Registration
Judging
Setting up/Moving Banners

Please post up what you are willing to do so that he knows what support he will have.

Going t o Hobby shop on the way home for hopefully the last time before we leave. Getting the camping stuff stacked up in the garage. Tiny trucks lined up on the workbench awaiting final inspection. And scale sheets getting updated. The wife is getting yummy treats and essential stuff together. Holy cow this got here quick. Oh and did I mention praying for safe travels for all and perfect weather formthe week and weekend? Feels like a vacation.
