Scale Comp in Apple Valley, CA. 6\26\16

So a few of us from Borderline crawlers are getting together to have a Summer Scale comp Series. 1st comp is in Apple Valley, CA 6\26\16 Sunday. In order to beat the heat, comp will start promptly at 7am (setup 6am). Comp is open to all "run what you brung" (I'll be driving a class 2 scaler).

Course style
10 to 15 gates per course.
Low keyed judging\scoring\point system TBD.

It's been a long time since I've ran a scale rig. Couldn't have been a better way than at the scale comp today, I had a blast. We only had 5 driver's today but if the other guys had as much fun as I did, next scale comp will have more drivers. We started early to beat the heat however, it warmed up well into 100 plus range. So our next scale I'm thinking somewhere in our local mountains higher elevation equals cooler temps. "thumbsup"
Met a few guys from coyote hobbies\crawlers maybe next comp they'll join us.8)

First time out doing this time of scale comp crawling. Had a blast and will be looking out for the next run. Thanks for putting this together.

I enjoyed myself too can't wait to do it again..... still need to check but I'm thinking 7/9 or 7/10 for the next scale comp... if you missed our 1st scale comp keep your eyes posted for our 2nd scale comp coming soon..
